I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at lululemon (Austin, TX) in Sep 2018
Interview
gathered with 5 other people outside on a hot day; super weird combo group; the lead had no bra on and was goofy ( super unprofessional). all they care is if you do yoga and care about "community"
Amazing it was easy not hard and conducted through online platforms easy to access and have good conversation with, need to practice and search up their fabrics beforehand. Must be knowledgable about your own hobbies sports
The first interview was conducted on Zoom in a group setting, followed by a second in-person one-on-one interview. The second interview took place while walking around the mall, with casual questions asked throughout.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Share an experience that you contribute to the inclusivity of the team
Remote, behavioural based questions where they were looking for STARL responses. Interviewer was friendly and questions were posted in chat for accessibility which was very helpful! There was about 4-5 questions leaving space for me to ask questions at the end as well

Question 1
Tell me about a time you supported a customer who was frustrated
Thank you for the thoughtful feedback. Creating an interview experience that feels clear, comfortable, and inclusive is important to us, so it’s great to hear that reflected in your conversation with the team. We're happy to have you on board.
