They’re sometimes group interviews where you go around in a circle and all answer the same question. Questions are largely about lifestyle and habits, leadership and behavioral. They want to know you are goal driven and motivated in all aspects of your life including career, health etc.

Interview
Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.

Tell us about a time that you made someone feel included.
Expect 2 group interviews with 6-10 candidates per group. Be prepared to share specific stories regarding conflict resolution, receiving constructive feedback, your favorite coach/boss, your biggest accomplishment, etc. Come dressed to impress with your favorite lululemon outfit and be prepared to sell it!
