I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at lululemon (Houston, TX)
Interview
The process takes about 3 weeks. First is a group interview, mine had 6 people including me in it. After that, they'll get back to you in about 2-3 days to either say no thank you or schedule a sweat date. Your sweat date will be something active (i.e. running, pilates, etc). You will meet with the ASM and she will basically ask you the same questions you got before in the group interview. This lasts maybe 30 minutes. Very low pressure and laid back.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at lululemon (London, England)
Interview
Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.
