First there's a group interview, and then there is a one-on-one interview if they like you. Didn't get a response back after that, so they don't really bother telling you if you got the job.
The process is very direct and open. They want to know about your goals and look for people who will take initiative and are people driven. Overall a great experience.

Tell me about a time where you faced a difficulty in your current role and how did you overcome it?
Set questions and behavioral based. You don’t need direct experience either. They look for positive attitudes and good leaders. You’ll be fine if you speak professionally and positively. There are usually several rounds of interviews
