I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at lululemon (Calgary, AB) in Oct 2019
Interview
The first interview was a group interview with 6-15 other people. This interview was done "popcorn style" where the interviewer asks a question and whoever wants to answer can and people can jump in and add on from there. The interview lasted about 45 minutes and at the end they asked you about your availability. If they're interested in you then they will contact you shortly in regards to a second interview. The second interview was also a group one but this one was with only two other people and the manager of the store. At the end of this interview, they asked for ID and to fill up some forms to conduct a background check.
