I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at lululemon (Singapore) in Nov 2019
Interview
Started off with a sweat date and a coffee chat in a group of people (everyone got a chance to answer the assistant store manager’s questions), and then a few days later I got an invite to a 1-on-1 interview with the store leader at the store itself. Exactly one week later (as promised), I received a confirmation text letting me know that I got the job.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you received criticism or feedback about yourself.
It was a group interview. It ended up being a very chill atmosphere and was done with 2 interviewers and 5 candidates. Asked a few questions, popcorn style. Was done in 45mins.

Question 1
Ways that we have included diversity and inclusion in our past jobs
Super chill and easy! It was a group interview (for us it was 2 people) then a follow up call with the store manager. Everyone was really friendly and the offer came quickly.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at lululemon (Summerlin)
Interview
Interview process took 28 days in total. Did three interviews and was invited to a “sweat” which was an intense boot camp style workout, that the current Lulu employees did not seem to enjoy. After an arduous interview process for a simple part time job, I was sent a rejection email not even ten minutes after leaving my last interview. No explanation for why, despite all prior interviews seeming great and being qualified experience-wise. Not sure why I had to do so many interviews if it ended up being a no. Summerlin location seemed to be lacking in diversity, so may have dodged a bullet.
