Interview
Applied online, emailed back for a group interview; group interview lasted about 1 hour; a manager and an educator were present. Interview was "popcorn" style; you didn't have to answer every question but I'd encourage you to. After the interview, I received an offer within 2 weeks.

Interview
Came in without many expectations. Was a group interview (5-6 others) over coffee that was paid for. Store manager, assistant manager and an employee interviewed us. One was keeping note, and two were asking us questions. You got volunteer to answer first, but eventually it just turned into going around in the order we sat.
