Interview
There was only one other applicant, and the 'group' interview only lasted about 20 minutes. Two people from lulu there, one asking questions, one just listening. I've worked at lulu before (in Canada) and there were definitely some differences. Here (UK), it was more like your standard job interview and less about your personality.
Also had a follow up/approval interview with a person at the mall that the store is located. (That was more about talking through your CV, sales goals, etc.)

Interview
Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.

Amazing it was easy not hard and conducted through online platforms easy to access and have good conversation with, need to practice and search up their fabrics beforehand. Must be knowledgable about your own hobbies sports
