I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at lululemon (Boston, MA) in Mar 2015
Interview
The process took about a month and a half. I was promptly interviewed after applying, and went through the group interview, interview with the AM, and interview with the store manager. I was offered the position shortly after the last interview and accepted. I was tentatively going to start the week after that (which would have made the whole process 3 weeks). Management pushed back my starting date twice, and when I expressed my concerns and asked if I would be able to train in another nearby store, they rescinded my offer. Terrible experience and would love to reach out to corporate HR about it.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at lululemon (London, England)
Interview
Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.
