The process is very direct and open. They want to know about your goals and look for people who will take initiative and are people driven. Overall a great experience.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at lululemon (Austin, TX) in Sep 2013
Interview
The process took several interviews including 4 face to face interviews, one phone interview, and 1
"sweat date". I followed up with my online application with a phone call and they had asked me to come in immediately to meet. It was super casual and we sat on the floor during the interview process and talked like old friends.
Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re glad to hear the process felt open and direct—creating meaningful connections and understanding each candidate’s goals is important to us. We appreciate your thoughtful feedback and are happy to know it was a positive experience overall.

Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a time where you faced a difficulty in your current role and how did you overcome it?
Set questions and behavioral based. You don’t need direct experience either. They look for positive attitudes and good leaders. You’ll be fine if you speak professionally and positively. There are usually several rounds of interviews
