I applied online. I interviewed at nCino in Feb 2023
Interview
1. Applied on the company website. 2. Short 30min phone call interview with recruiter. 3. Take home skills test involving Salesforce configuration. Much of the information is openly available online, so it's not too hard. The test took me around 3 hours having hardly touched Salesforce beforehand. That time includes triple checking my work to make sure everything was as perfect as it could be. 4. 3 person on-site panel interview where they asked about items on my resume, my experience with Salesforce, and explained the tasks the position would be responsible for. Everyone that I had spoken to during the interview process was extremely friendly and easy to talk to! The questions were asked in a conversational format that made the interview feel very laid back. I will say the only problem I had with the process is the speed at which I got a response.
Very positive panel interview. A mix of behavioral and situational questions. The technical assessment was the initial round. The panel took turns asking questions and it was more conversational than rapid fire Q&A.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you disagreed with a co-worker and how did you overcome it?
I first had a 15-minute introductory phone call with the recruiter, then I was asked to complete a Salesforce assessment, and finally, I participated in an in-person panel interview with three individuals.
