I was contacted via telephone asking to be setup for a phone interview for the following afternoon. The next day she called three hours early asking if she could conduct the interview now. It was unexpected and I was not particularly in the best position to do the interview, but I made it work. I was asked the typical interview behavioral questions. But, we seemed to have had a bad connection she could not hear me I could not hear her. She sounded unprepared and a little distracted and disinterested throughout the interview. I did not get a good vibe and I expected to get a decline and low and behold I did get a decline letter. I do not feel like a got a fair shot due to the connection issues.
