Really easy and lax. Manager took me to back "office" and asked me several simple questions. Basically offered me the job on the spot, said I'd like you to show an example for other associates so I will start you as a sales associate and fast track you to management

It was great. The Manager was polite. She was organized and prepared for the interview before hand. She asked me questions that I had never been asked be in an interview and the questions were interesting and applied to the positions I was interviewing for.

Interview
I applied online for a Part Time Assistant Manager position online, received a call from the Store Manager about 5 days after applying and scheduled an interview for two days later on a Friday. Went in for the interview, super relaxed, asked basic retail questions. She was surprised at my experience level and knowledge about business not being a manager at my previous job. Interview went super well, received a text from the store manager on Monday asking if I was available to interview with the District Manager the next day. I interviewed with the District Manager and the questions were more business and career driven questions. After the interview she chatted with me about career growth with the company. I received a call the following day (Wednesday) from the Store Manager offering me the position.
