soVIsion IT interview questions

It was rough. A nice lady engaging into conversation, and an old man being straight rude with me. I am not born British and I was asked 3 times about my level of English whilst engaging in conversation (can you please explain?) I was that close to ask the gentle man to show me his certifications in English language since we are asking that many times. Then proceeded to tell me what my ambitions where. It just couldn't get any more patronising. The cherry on top is the prerequisite of creating a mock digital campaign in order to check your skills and the marketing manager telling me I have given her lots of ideas for current clients. Well.
