Foi um processo longo e demorado, mas os entrevistadores foram bastante acessíveis, os de RH como os software engineers que me fizeram a entrevista técnica. Na última, pareceu quase como uma conversa sobre o meu projeto e deram hints de como melhorar o meu projeto.

Started with 30min meeting with HR to introduce myself and to receive a code challenge to do for the technical interview. The code challenge was building a simple weather app in 5 days. Very easy one. Then the technical interview comes and its when the process was weird and stupid. First, I was interviewed by three mid/junior devs (if they weren't they seemed like it). Everything they asked (mainly stupid questions about react and javascript) I gave a well-justified answer without any negative feedback from them. They always reacted like in a positive way like they had to agree with everything I said. When days later I am surprised with a proposal denial for failing the technical interview. Reason: surface knowledge in react (wait... what? is this real ?? they didn't even try to dig my knowledge.. plus when i tried to discuss with them some of new features of react 18, they changed the subject as if they were uncomfortable) Resume: Basically they were not capable to offer what I was asking for, the they abort the process with this lie instead of being honest with me.

Foi bastante tranquila, uma boa entrevista no geral. Primeiro falaram sobre a empresa e a sua origem e depois fazem questões quanto a ti em inglês se possível. Questões como descreve a tua experiência com cada linguagem e perguntam os teus hobbies

A little call where the HR explain the company culture, the recruiting process and ask about your career. After this call, the recruiter send a challenge to do in 1 week. The second one was with 2 software engineers and talks about your challenge, your decisions, and your approaches. Some theories questions (patterns, SQL differences...). Very friendly environment. The thirty, a call with the head to show a salary purpose.

All hiring process was well conducted and transparent. It has a good and practical technical challenge. They give a great overview of the company and what to expect from it and the future.
