Applications Software Technology LLC (AST) was founded in 1995 as a specialized Oracle E-Business Suite systems integrator with the objective of helping customers realize the full potential of their investment in Oracle Applications. Our paid leave programs include 3 weeks of paid time off (starting from your first day), 7 paid holidays and 2 paid floating holidays. Tenure is rewarded. After three full years, employees earn an additional week of vacation. At 7 full years, we offer a paid, 4-week sabbatical.

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Applications Software Technology (Chicago, IL).
Three phone screens then in person. Seem to just interview to keep resources in the pipeline when no real position exists. Colleagues have interviewed there multiple times and it went no where.
