I have been working at BlueModus full-time (Less than a year)
I've been with BlueModus for 9 months as a developer. There's a wealth of knowledge in the company,
and a lot of great people with experience who are happy to help every step of the way.
I've never connected with a company as much as I have with BlueModus. For me, it was a great fit culturally and with the experience I have with Kentico. There is always positive energy around, and a lot of shared appreciation for all the hard work that goes into a project.
I had been with companies years and felt stuck with no opportunity to grow or learn. There is a lot of opportunity for growth on many experience levels.
Management knows what's going on almost all the time and are easy to speak with about concerns or potential issues that may be coming.
Some projects feel like they get shifted around from team to team a lot due to the amount of growth the company has experienced since I've started. While not necessarily a con, does make it somewhat difficult to keep track of things at time. Management has listened to this concern and agrees that we should be more careful with some projects.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at BlueModus (Denver, CO) in August 2012.
Pretty easy going and nothing overly technical or difficult. If you have a solid body of work and good examples I believe they tend to take your word for it. Obviously you'll need to prove that you're competent pretty quickly as they don't typically have people pairing to work on projects together.
