The company as a whole fosters a transparent, honest, and candid environment. Everybody is ready and willing to give and accept feedback. One of the core values is that family comes first, and they mean it. The benefits are top-notch. Leadership is willing to cut losses when it is appropriate.

The company can be a bit reactive to client demands, but that not out of the ordinary of a startup. Sometimes, we take on too many different initiatives, instead of focusing on one or two that we can ensure will be successful. Some of the work is hard to tie back to the company level goals and may be unnecessary.

    Advice to Management

Drive greater focus and align all teams on a smaller set of goals.
