Advice to Management
Higher level of involvement in sales process and better emphasis on results. Management needs more experience in business of sales.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capital Development (Denver, CO) in March 2009.
Interview process consisted of multiple phone conversations and in person interviews with management. Spent time getting to know officers of the company and other employees prior to making final decision. All in all not a bad process. Allowed for transparency and allowed me to make a decision based on my personal feelings for the company.
