    I have been working at Chainalytics full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Laid-back work environment, challenging projects, intelligent co-workers, better than average work-life balance, salary/promotion review every 6 months.

    Cons

    Salaries are slightly lower than for similar positions at larger firms. The trade off for working at a smaller firm is that there are many more opportunities to advance within the company and also to interact with clients + the senior leadership team.

    Advice to Management

    As the company continues to grow, make sure to maintain the firm's current culture & values.

    I applied online. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Chainalytics.

    First round HR- Second Round On-site with the hiring team!! The hiring team was very warm and try to patiently, understand you as a prospective candidate by asking behavioral questions, case study rounds and technical data analysis.
    But very bad experience with HR, in my first interview experience the HR never got back to me with their on-site results and second experience- HR contacted me via e-mail for a phone interview, appointed a day for interview and was unreachable since the schedule confirmation!!
