CEO has a strong vision for company's' future. The people are great to work with. Strong commitment to developing people and promoting from within. Creative, challenging, and collaborative environment.
Company is still going through some growing pains new CEO's vision. Change in HQ has caused some sour feelings with the employees at the old HQ location and make adapting to change slow.
Advice to Management
Keep pushing Conagra to innovate and take strategic risks, break down silos, and focus on tomorrow instead of yesterday.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Conagra Brands (Omaha, NE) in May 2017.
Internal hire, applied for position though internal job posting. Received interview about 2 weeks later. Interview process was about 2 hours long and spoke to 5 managers. Each manager had a section of questions going over different types of situational experiences and how you would handle them.
