I have been working at HelloSign full-time (More than a year)
I joined HelloSign in the last year and am pleasantly surprised at how health, fiscally responsible, and caring this organization and it's leaders really are to employees. They really think very deliberately about creating a place where people can thrive by doing good work. While we have some growing pains, I never feel that I'm fighting for resources or having to play politics. The way JNW make decisions and transparently publish information about the business really makes me feel like a part of the team, and not just some cog in the wheel.
Some growing pains with hiring since some gaps exist in our team, which then build an over-reliance on existing team members who may not feel like they can take a little break.
Advice to Management
Continue to nurture active transparency and even in times of growth, do not dilute the culture that has made this place special and enjoyable.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at HelloSign (San Francisco, CA) in October 2017.
Since this was a senior leadership role, I had to meet several people and make 4-5 visits. The overall experience was extremely positive and I was completely blown away by the quality of conversations that I had during the course of my interview. I was fortunate to meet with many people across different departments and impressed with the way they spoke to me. It truly speaks for the friendly culture that HelloSign brags about. The recruiting team was very quick and accommodating. I thoroughly enjoyed the process!
