Description Appspace is the workplace experience platform for communications and workplace management. It is the first platform to combine a modern intranet, space reservation, digital signage, and more – all in a single, easy-to-use platform that unites physical and digital workspaces.
Founded in 2002 by co-founders Brandon Miles and Stan Stephens, who were living in Oklahoma at the time, Appspace’s beginnings were rooted in digital signage, but not where you might expect it. Instead of focusing on external or customer-facing screens like outdoor billboards or ad-based networks or TVs in retail chains, we found our niche in corporate spaces for internal audiences. Appspace introduced enhanced products and Visitor Management in 2020.
In 2021, Appspace grew exponentially both in terms of product and organizational growth. Spurred by the COVID-19 pandemic, Appspace announced innovative Space Management solutions and the Employee App. The Marlin Company, a long-time leader in digital signage, integrated with Appspace in early 2021, followed by the acquisition of Beezy, a modern intranet solution in 2022. By the end of the year, Appspace had become the first unified workplace experience platform.
What started as a few visionaries with a great idea has grown into an organization with more than 400 team members in offices or working remotely in a dozen countries across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions.
