Advice to Management
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Initto (Gurgaon, Haryana (India)) in November 2011.
Interview consisted of 3 rounds-
1st - tested Domain knowledge (mainly in Forex products - spot, options, forwards. typical workflows)
2nd - managerial round with client (tested overall knowledge and communication skills, past engagements, areas of interest)
3rd - HR (mainly salary negotiaitions)
The interview process is quite quick.
If company likes the candidate, it is keen on having a candidate on-boarded asap. it is prepared to buy out notice period to expedite the process.
The work culture is relaxed, flexi timings, good paymaster, low job security.
To begin with, quote high leaving room for negotiations. Generally, they won't let you go if client liked you a lot. So, if you had an outstanding interview, negotiate hard.
