Mission: Innotec's Vision is to:
• Be a company based on Biblical Principles
• Be wise STEWARDS of our God given talents and resources to improve lives. Grow people, give generously, employ, produce beneficial ...
I have been working at Innotec full-time
The crazy amount of flexibility is awesome, and the fact that we aren't micromanaged makes every day fun. You work on projects that you want to, how you want, when you want. Everyone is highly engaged, so you can rely on coworkers to pull their own weight.
The employee stock is awesome, but sometimes I'd rather just have cash. Just like any investment, I guess.
Advice to Management
Keep it up, focus on growth, and maintain the culture.
I applied online. The process took 5+ weeks. I interviewed at Innotec (Zeeland, MI) in September 2016.
Got an email after I applied, met a really nice person for the first in person interview, a week later they contacted me via email to set up a phone interview, I had the interview a week later, I was rejected after the interview. I came to this area from detroit to attend this interview, then I went back after I was rejected. The very next day they call me, saying that they rejected me by mistake and called me for an On-Site Interview . I came back to GR and waited for 4 days for the interview to be scheduled. Then comes the big day, I had an exam (50 questions in 12 mins), then talked to 2 people(they were cool guys.) I sent a follow up email the next day and they replied,
They rejected me saying "Our ideals and missions do not match"
The process took 40 days, and sucked my hope and left me tired. I do not know how to describe it.
1. The conversations were really nice.
2. Lacked organization and clarity.
