Inovalon – Why Work For Us?

Inovalon is a leading technology company providing an integrated cloud-based platform that enables healthcare organizations to implement large-scale highly sophisticated data-driven initiatives.

Having brought together a uniquely integrated platform comprised of extensive healthcare ecosystem connectivity, large-scale real-world clinical datasets, sophisticated analytics, and ultra ultra high-speed compute architectures, Inovalon provides a highly flexible, native cloud-based Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) capability to health plan, provider system, pharmaceutical, and device manufacturer adjacencies.

Supporting thousands of clients, including 24 of the top 25 U.S. health plans and 22 of the top 25 global pharma companies, Inovalon’s technology platforms and analytics are informed by data pertaining to more than 964,000 physicians, 519,000 clinical facilities, 264 million Americans, and 42 billion medical events.

Inovalon's true strength lies in the breadth and depth of our employees’ experience. Our employees' expertise spans a wide range of healthcare disciplines, from senior quality or risk adjustment management for managed care organizations, large hospitals, and physician networks to medical directors and principal design engineers of sophisticated technology solutions. Inovalon’s personnel have the hands-on experience to develop and implement advanced solutions achieving measurable improvement in quality of care and financial performance.

Going beyond what can be accomplished from any one set of core facilities, our team includes an unparalleled field operations network that spans all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico. Supported by Inovalon’s technologies, product groups, and call centers, these in-community personnel provide hands-on connectivity with patients, providers, and clinical facilities to hone insight, close gaps, and drive improvement. To each client, to each solution, Inovalon brings this exceptional coalescence of knowledge, skills, experience, operational execution, and dedication to achieving outstanding results for our clients and their members.

Ultimately, with thousands of people working in organized teams, and drawing upon a wide array of expertise—from data aggregation and analysis to clinical content and operational execution—Inovalon brings to the marketplace not only a solutions arsenal capable of delivering measurable results for our clients but also a team with extensive capabilities and a track record of reliability and integrity. It is this team approach, focused on partnership, which provides the peace of mind critical to success.

Our track record of superior service is the result of a commitment to excellence that is shared by all at Inovalon. This commitment is fostered by a dynamic, energetic, and team-oriented company culture focused on the success of clients, their members, their providers, and the entire healthcare marketplace.

The Inovalon ONE® Platform is an integrated cloud-based platform of nearly 100 individual proprietary technology toolsets and deep data assets able to be rapidly configured to empower the operationalization of large-scale, data-driven healthcare initiatives. Each proprietary technology toolset is referred to as a component. Components are grouped into modules and informed by the data of billions of medical events within Inovalon’s proprietary datasets. Combinations of components and modules are configured to empower highly differentiated solutions for client needs quickly and in a highly scalable fashion.

The flexibility of the modular design of the Platform enables clients to integrate the capabilities of the Platform with their own internal capabilities or other third-party solutions. The Platform brings to the marketplace a highly extensible, national-scale capability to interconnect with the healthcare ecosystem on a massive scale, aggregate and analyze data in petabyte volumes, arrive at sophisticated insights in real time, and drive meaningful impact wherever it is analytically identified best to intervene and intuitively visualize data and information to inform business strategy and execution.

Inovalon believes that healthcare is increasingly becoming data-driven in its nature, transactional in its design, real-time in its speed, and ultimately consumer-centric in its focus. Driven by the first waves of disease-burden based reimbursement models and quality incentive programs, data has gained an increasing role in U.S. healthcare. On the back of this first phase of value-based care transformation, data is increasingly differentiating the leaders from the rest of the pack as its aggregation, analysis, validation, and associated connectivity is able to identify individual patients’ unique needs, refine care plans, speed drug discovery and commercialization, reduce waste, expand the value proposition of medications and medical devices, and streamline healthcare workflows and supply chains. As transparency into the many facets of healthcare increases, the pace of the industry’s transformation will accelerate, ultimately placing the consumer at the center as they play an increasing active role in their care. In this setting, Inovalon has been rapidly expanding connectivity capabilities, the breadth and depth of differentiated datasets, sophistication of native cloud-based platform offerings, and investing in the technology and sales infrastructure to take these capabilities to market to support what is seen as a burgeoning transformation in the marketplace. Inovalon has leveraged the capabilities and expertise developed over a decade in the payer market to successfully expand into large, growing adjacent markets such as pharma, providers, and medical devices. Passionate about its vision, Inovalon is steadfastly focused on empowering the healthcare industry’s transformation, serving as an enabling part of the fabric within the industry – serving all participants in the increasingly data-driven ecosystem.

    Interview

I submitted my resume online and had an hr interview next day. After 2 weeks I got a call and I was on technical interview (they did not schedule an interview). I had my resume on a different platform and the guy asked me one question on a different platform. And that was the end of the interview. The guy was very rude and unprofessional. He said ' We have high standards so we cannot take you'. His standards cannot be met
