InterviewI found the position on LinkedIn, submitted my resume and received a phone call from the hiring manager about a week later. She spoke with me on the phone for roughly an hour. The initial call was to gauge my personality and see if I would fit the team they were planning on placing me with. The hiring manager was very nice and answered all of my questions.
The role playing portion was a little difficult because I didn't know the answer. They had me pretend to answer the phone and talk to a customer who was upset about a specific situation. I then had to figure out how to handle the situation.1 Answers
