Giving back has always been a hallmark of the holiday season and a core pillar at Paula’s Choice. We believe that individuals and businesses can make a significant difference in the world. That's why we have partnered with Feeding America on this Giving Tuesday. Inspired by our employees who recently donated $___, to this incredibly important cause, we promptly donated an additional $10,000. Giving Tuesday is a global generosity movement unleashing the power of people and organizations to transform their communities and their world. Occurring annually, it lands on the first Tuesday following the U.S. Thanksgiving holiday. Paula's Choice recently partnered with United Way of King County for our annual Day of Caring. This year was a little different; instead of volunteering in person, employees were able to give back to the community through virtual events. Highlights included reading children’s books for Mary’s Place, making cards for Meals on Wheels and creating a recipe book for Pike Street Food Bank. Even children and pets got involved!...Show more

What to expect when interviewing with Paula's Choice during COVID-19: Location: All of our current openings are either temporarily or fully remote. Any roles that are not fully remote, will not require relocation until it is safe to do so. Interviews: For your safety and the safety of our team, all interviews will be conducted via phone or video for your safety. Onboarding: All paperwork is completed online and your equipment will be sterilized before it is shipped to you. We set up virtual meetings so you'll be able to meet your team and other key members of the organization - you'll even get a one on one virtual meeting with our CEO! Training: Our teams have quickly become pros at remote training! All training is done virtually and is strategically tailored to each new team member. Fitting In: Culture is key here at Paula's Choice so we've come up with some creative ways to ensure we all stay connected while we're working remotely. We have several Teams channels to ensure we continue to keep and build strong relationships with each other....Show more
