PDG participated in our first “PDG Gives Back” event supporting the Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) of Delaware and Philadelphia! We created 100 meal-kits containing quick lunch items and snacks for families that are going back and forth to the hospital. Having the ability to grab a quick meal leaves them with one less thing to worry about and we are thankful we could help them in this small way! In addition to providing the meal, we decorated the bags and added cheerful cards. The creativity and artistry across the entire team was amazing! When dropping the bags off to each RMH, the volunteer managers expressed their appreciation of our generous and thoughtful donation!
Team Malvern was not the only location giving back! PDGs virtual employees participated by supporting RMHC and other non-profit organizations all over the US in New York, Northern Virginia, Central Iowa, Illinois, Atlanta, and California!

"Our partnership with Facebook continues! Lacey Jennings, Kim Wipf, and Stephanie McBride will be leading a curriculum mapping effort for Facebook’s Global Marketing Solutions team! This is a fantastic opportunity... [as] the team will be looking at [approximately]15 roles and making recommendations aligned with formal and informal learning. Upon completion of the work on these roles the team will move to the remaining 30 plus and then… [hopefully Facebook will select us to partner with them to] build [their learning solution]! I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Performance Development Group (Philadelphia, PA).
Contacted by a recruiter via linked-in. Had a phone interview with the founder / CEO and then a Skype interview with the VP of Sales. Mainly fit interviews. Pleasant and very conversational. They were focused on getting to see how I viewed client interactions, company fit, ability to work quickly with little information.
