PDG participated in our first “PDG Gives Back” event supporting the Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) of Delaware and Philadelphia! We created 100 meal-kits containing quick lunch items and snacks for families that are going back and forth to the hospital. Having the ability to grab a quick meal leaves them with one less thing to worry about and we are thankful we could help them in this small way! In addition to providing the meal, we decorated the bags and added cheerful cards. The creativity and artistry across the entire team was amazing! When dropping the bags off to each RMH, the volunteer managers expressed their appreciation of our generous and thoughtful donation!
Team Malvern was not the only location giving back! PDGs virtual employees participated by supporting RMHC and other non-profit organizations all over the US in New York, Northern Virginia, Central Iowa, Illinois, Atlanta, and California!

Quarter 4 PDG Employee of the Month (aka Rock Star) nomintion for...
Nomited by David Manning, PDG Company owner: "While the work Stephanie did on the program assessment was amazing, we have come to expect that from her over the past 2 years. Where she really went 150% for the client was how she leveraged her knowledge from work on the program assessment to shift the client’s thinking in the 5 hour sales model training working session. Stephanie took the time to go back through the major programs which would be impacted by the new sales model and presented in the meeting a new vision of not just what a 2 day sales model training program would look like, which was their ask, but rather how it could be woven through their 15 day onboarding program and beyond into in field coaching and management support to embed the change in the field and drive business impact. Client bought in immediately and asked PDG to re-think the entire program design with this in mind. What was trully significant was Stephanie’s focus on driving success of the Business Leader’s needs and desired outcomes in additional to the Learning Leaders."
I have been working at Performance Development Group full-time (More than 3 years)
* Strong client relationships
* Access to leadership
* Interesting work
None identified as this time.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Performance Development Group (Philadelphia, PA).
Contacted by a recruiter via linked-in. Had a phone interview with the founder / CEO and then a Skype interview with the VP of Sales. Mainly fit interviews. Pleasant and very conversational. They were focused on getting to see how I viewed client interactions, company fit, ability to work quickly with little information.
