    Pros

Its a great company to work for. Owners are very generous people. From personal growth perspective its a great company to learn a lot in a small period of time. You have visibility into most of the things. Good work/life balance. Its one of my initial company to start my career in USA and I really liked working here:)

    Cons

Salaries aren't that great. No training provided.
