At RKB we don't specialize in working with small business or enterprises or healthcare--or any other business segment label our industry has concocted. We specialize in working with IT professionals, specifically CIOs and Directors of IT. Beyond being a trusted partner and adviser, we actively participate and advocate for every single one of our clients and own the resolution as much as our clients will let us/want us. There are two key things that clients really like about working with RKB. First, at every step the client is dealing with someone that has done the job in the past either at a C level or Director level. Second, at every step of the way the client is in charge and is dealing with an officer of the company.
