I’m finally comfortable at my company (hitting number and not so stressed ramping up) and I’m being recruited for a higher paying role at Stack Overflow. Everything sounds well and good but reviews on Glassdoor are not so good. Should I stay where I’m comfortable for my own sanity? Or does anyone have inside intel on StackOverflow and what it’s like to work there?

ProsEveryone is super friendly and open to many walks of life. The company often has fire side chats, AMA meetings and town halls for the whole company to learn more about the full workings of Stack
