This means specifically aligning our services to the way an individual business needs to work in order to be successful in its marketplace. It also means making sure that IT is leveraged on an ongoing basis, to keep our customers competitive and efficient as they grow.
With an average NPS (Net Promoter Score) of 80%+, TSG is a market leader amongst the UK's managed IT services providers.

Our people and culture are very important to us. We always make time to host company-wide get-togethers, and run regular social events such as Quiz Nights and Bowling competitions. In addition to this, TSG love giving back to the community and we are very proud of the money we have raised to support our chosen charities over the years.
During 2016 to 2019 we raised over £40,000 for our chosen charity the British Heart Foundation. Following a vote by our employees we now have a new chosen charity for 2020 - 2023, Mental Health UK. As of August 2022 we have already raised over £20,000 for our new charity partner via our laptop buyback scheme and also walkathon sponsorship's. 100 TSG colleagues have committed to taking part in a walkathon which will see them walk the equivalent distance from the organisations Team Valley office to Microsoft's Seattle HQ - a huge 9.6 million steps!
TSG are proud to have recently won six awards in the Best Companies to work for awards 2021. TSG is now officially one of the ‘UKs Top 100 Best Large Companies’ and one of the ‘Top 50 Technology Companies’ to work for. In addition, we have been awarded a 2 star accreditation for ‘Outstanding’ employee engagement, as well as some Regional Awards.
