Milacron people are passionate for plastics. Once a machine toolmaker, Milacron retooled in the '90s to focus on plastics processing technologies and industrial fluids. It leads five businesses. The largest, a plastics machinery unit, makes injection molding and extrusion processing equipment used to produce dashboards, decking, and other products. Other units include Uniloy (blow molding systems for consumer packaging), DME (parts such as mold bases for plastics machinery), Cimcool (coolants, lubricants, and cleaners for metal grinding, machining, and stamping), and Milacron Precision Machining Manufacturing (parts for wind power, oil and gas, and heavy equipment). North America is Milacron's core market.
