The auto-themed eateries are best known for chicken wings that can be ordered in a wide range of flavors. The menu also features burgers and other sandwiches, ribs, and steaks, as well as a selection of appetizers. In addition to dining, most of the restaurants offer full bar service. Vice chairmen George Warren and Gary Meszaros opened the first Quaker Steak outlet in 1974.
