TACT is a small, local ABA agency located in central Massachusetts that is owned and operated by a BCBA. We provide services in our center, in our client’s homes, and in local school districts. TACT opened its doors in 2013 and has slowly grown to serve clients across two different regions (i.e., Acton and Andover) while preserving the quality of our services.
We are a team that is committed to providing compassionate and effect care that teaches our clients essential communication, social, and leisure skills. We work closely with all team members (i.e., client, caregivers, BCBAs, school teachers, and technicians) to design meaningful goals and to ensure our clients continue to make progress towards those goals.
We pride ourselves in our ability to cultivate a passionate team that is dedicated to the growth and development of our clients and team members. All new employees will experience a 40-hour onboarding that slowly and systematically teaches all the skills a technician will need to thrive with their clients. Following the onboarding, your client’s BCBA will accompany you to your client sessions to ensure you receive additional training and support specific to your client.
