Mike's Bikes is a growing family of bike shops operating throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and Sacramento Region, all with a singular purpose—to get more people on bikes. Our company culture is built around the bike—we're both consummate experts and enthusiastic evangelists, and we like to keep it all in perspective with a sense of humor too. Our environment is a place that values fresh ideas and creative thinking in addition to being fast-paced and demanding. Each of our fourteen stores dominates its local market and we're the best bike shop in America.

All employees attend the 2-day Mike’s Bikes University to learn our culture, product, and processes—with group rides afterward.
