We believe that the quality of one’s life is directly related to the quality of one’s home. Since 2002, we have been creating rental homes and investing in neighborhoods for our residents in Chicago, Kansas City, and St. Louis.
Our vision is to enable better lives through better homes- for our residents, our communities, and our colleagues. Creating exceptional homes and communities is a mission that requires many different types of skills, creativity, experience, and true dedication. Achieving this mission is a team effort that involves designing, renovating, or constructing exceptional buildings- and the critical job of maintaining and constantly improving them. It also involves helping each resident find the perfect rental home for their unique style and circumstances and supporting them as members of our community with personal attention and devoted service.
