Description In 2009, Andrew and Shauna set out to execute the Four Foods Group model which began with an exclusive multi-state development agreement between Four Foods Group and GCW Corporation, parent company to Kneaders Bakery & Café. In 2015, an additional 15 states west of the Mississippi were granted to Four Foods Group to develop new Kneaders Bakery & Cafe restaurants. By 2018, Four Foods Group built, opened, owned and operated 50 Kneaders Bakery & Cafes. In 2017, the Smith’s ventured into a new brand with Little Caesars through an acquisition of 48 existing stores in the Southeast. Over the following 12 months, they bought and operated over 72 stores in the area and became one of the largest Little Caesars franchisees in the nation.
Kneaders & Little Caesars are a proud part of the Four Foods Group history. Both brands have since been sold in 2018 (Kneaders) and at the end of 2019 (Little Caesars).
