    Pros

Although pay was not that great compared to other similar companies, 3S pays for the housing meals, gas. So if you factor that in account, the overall isn't that terrible. It's a good place to start as a new grad.

    Cons

Long working hours with constant and unpredictable schedule. You cannot plan things far ahead as you'd constantly be traveling or working in different states for different projects. It's draining after you do this for a couple months.

    Advice to Management

Staff the projects with enough engineers so you don't end up burning your engineers and losing them.

Please learn how to intermingle your co workers better they seems to be sectioned off by their job abilities.
