Fun staff outings, great (affordable) benefits you can opt in to, majority of staff is kind and fun to interact with, some agents are very kind to support staff

Cons

At least 50% of the agents treat support staff like dogs, and upper management in all departments will let them. Only if the offenses are super egregious will someone step in, in an attempt to right the wrong. Underpaid for what the roles actually require and for industry standards. Because of how spread out things are there can be hostility between different departments.

staff outings before covid and friendships developed over the years.

Cons

we are mentally and physically exhausted all year. this department is poorly managed and no one seems to care. if you value sleep, cooking, dating, maintaining a relationship, seeing your children, fitness, having a dog, or even doing yard work, forget about it. you will work until you fall asleep, stress until you burn out. “managers” need to build a positive culture and morale to motivate their staff. many employees suffer in silence out of fear of retaliation and losing their jobs.

agents are a top priority and as staff you'll notice that pretty quickly. job is fine but don't love how classic corporate america it is.

@ falls pretty middle ground on everything. It's a pretty classic corporate company - some modern perks, some outdated practices. Upper management is fairly disconnected from the rest of the staff but the majority of staff is cool. It's basically exactly what you'd expect from a company that size that's doing as well as it is.
