Pros

The projects they work on are cool

Cons

The company is poorly managed and must cave to the whims of the founder (who doesn't make good business decisions); toxic work environment; ineffective leadership; company is not profitable (with many layoffs in the last couple of years and bonuses getting paid out late and in multiple installments); not flexible at all (in office 5 days a week, terrible place for working mothers).

Work on fun projects and properties

Everything else. Very few properties are profitable, leadership/management has no idea what they're doing (when it comes to managing properties/operations/managing people), bonuses come very late (if at all), all of the work is spread between a few people, CEO only cares about image and the business suffers as a result of his decisions, multiple layoffs in the past year, in office 5 days a week.
