      - Plenty of skilled Engineers - Team environment is strong - Exposed to a lot of technology

      Cons

      - Lack of training for newer techs - Lack of cross training with higher level engineers for more seasoned techs - Career Progression - Raises are not standardized and reviews are sporadically scheduled

      Thank you for your comments. We have definitely encountered management challenges with our growth. I agree that our engineering group is a great team and work well together. Although I do not know how long ago you worked here, I believe we have addressed the process issues that delayed our expense reimbursements in the past (something I also personally experienced and can speak to). Thank you again for commenting, we do listen and we do learn, even if the change does not always happen as quickly as I'd like.

      Pros

      Lots of good engineers to work with, lots of very smart people to toss ideas off of.

      Cons

      No direction at all. Too many cooks in the kitchen, everyone is a VP of something. Compensation is weak, don't really care about their employees. Expect to be worked to the bone, without any compensation.
