Pros
You will gain much friends. You can do what you want whenever superior's not there. Career growth is very much OK when you are a fresh grad.
Cons
Benefits are not competitive and sometimes you won't be receiving them at all. Salary is the biggest downside of this company offering few to no increase yearly. The work given to its employees is not on-par with what they could give. Some high-ups are dumb when submitting change request and not accepting developer inputs against those changes they require. They don't think developers as the most important part of their company and competitiveness.
