Pros
The CEO's are hard working and inspiring to work for. Two stars for the CEO's
Cons
First off there is no communication between the crew of 4 that have come from Food lion in IT and new joiners. You have to beg for workload and if you do you are marginalized. They are not sympathetic or compassionate. I had two losses and I communicated that I wouldn't be able to make it to work via gmail which I'm sure the manager has an account with. Yet the next day They sat me down forced me to sign a disciplinary document which stated I'd be fired next time I didn't email the proper email account they completely ignored the fact that I had called in to let them know on the day of. There is a constant badgering of IMs you'll receive from other employees wondering if their job is at stake. Managment will ask you for suggestions on improving the process but will not take into account anything you say. They are outdated in their skill set thus there is a high turnover in IT and not to mention I've seen 10 people I worked with there in my new company 10! From sales to IT. The HR here is a cover up operation who presents an ideal image of the company while being an enforcer in firing people or disciplining them without reasonable context. She was upset I was late to a 401k meeting when I had an actual meeting for the job I was hired to do. All in all DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!! If you seek longevity and growth in your skill set and not feel like you are working at an internment camp don't work here.
