- As a younger employee, I was able to spend lots of time working closely with various members of the management team who had a lot more experience than me. Senior employees made themselves very available to assist with anything I needed. - Niche product with advanced/experienced software development teams - Gyula (CEO) is possibly the most well connected executive in the entire industry and regularly visits clients, attends conferences, and presents to healthcare professionals across the country to stay current with industry trends. - GREAT work/life balance. As good as anyone could expert for a Silicon Valley based software company. - Spacious office with free snacks and drinks
Cons
- With a main office in San Mateo, CA, and a second office in Gainesville, FL, remote employees sometimes felt distant. - Due to providing software as a service, some employees responsible for system uptime had to work odd and extended hours to remedy system issues.
