      Amazing culture and satisfying work. Average pay for the industry but they do give raises, The culture and the people you work with are what make ATC a great place to work.

      The people are incredibly caring and supportive, and the company culture is very welcoming and family-like. I always feel like I can come to my colleagues with any problems or concerns, and they are always willing to help. The company is always looking for ways to help its employees improve their skills and knowledge.

      Work is easy to do. They can train you.

      Cons

      Massive drama. Like high school, you have to be part of the click to be treated right. Or to get the good property. Pay is very low for the work type. Lots of the units are nasty!
