I was given the opportunity to learn and grow in mobile application development even though I had not any prior experience in this field. I was provided courses that would expand my knowledge and understanding. Very patient training and mentor. Furthermore, every employee and staff, no matter their role, gender, and racial/ethnic identity, has an equal voice to suggest a change. ATI understands that diversity in all its forms and how differently people think is good for the company and everyone.
Cons
There is always a lot of work to do, thank goodness that everyone is in the same position-managers know the workload and are quick to offer relief and help.
