Unclear Regularization Process and One-Sided Employment Policies
Pros
A lean team means you'll gain exposure to multiple responsibilities beyond your primary role. It's a good place to build experience if you're early in your career. However, if you're looking for long-term stability, clear expectations, and a structured work environment, you may want to explore other opportunities.
Cons
There is a strong expectation to always say "yes" to additional work, even when requests are unrealistic or resources are limited. During my time there, the workload and expectations did not always feel sustainable. Another concern was the regularization process, where KPIs were not clearly defined and evaluation periods could be extended, making it difficult to know what was required to become a regular employee. Combined with multiple employment agreements that seemed to favor the company, this created uncertainty about long-term employment.
