Good culture and some great people but some are too resistive to change

- Great work culture and atmosphere - Very intelligent people to learn from - Generally a very pleasant place to work - Average Compensation

Cons

There are some very controlling long tenure leads/middle management who seem to be so afraid of losing control as the result of new development processes introduced. This causes progress to be seriously inhibited. This has generated somewhat of a toxic and frustrating work environment as of late. Emotions run high and so does reversion of the status quo.

Our new development process are being lead from the top down and we have made serious investments in training and implementing these changes which you have undoubtedly seen. As they have been only implemented for a few weeks they will take time to become the new norm for everyone. By ensuring that progress is controlled, we can then be sure that development continues without undue setbacks.
